So we learn our customer processes, needs and their target consumer, developing programs that allow all components of the process to be successful, whether it is via the Internet, catalog lay-out, dealer based business or big box stores. We engage in multiple aspects of our customer’s business along the way from ad planning & copy, distributor shows, forecasting, tracking order/backorder status, warranty and repairs and customer/vendor compliance. Our team goes beyond by establishing pro-staff members for training and promotion to product development and sportsmen’s blogs.
